Your items will ship within 1-3 business days after we receive your order. Please allow a few days for ring orders to be custom sized.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. Only items in original condition (except rings) will be accepted for a return/exchange. Contact us at info@vanessababa.com to initiate a return/exchange.
**Returns on rings are not accepted. Each ring is custom sized to your order specifications, and cannot be returned. If your ring does not fit, you can mail it back to us and we are able to resize it for a $15 fee + shipping. Please refer to the ring sizing chart before you order to make sure you know your size. If you would like to resize your ring or have any sizing questions, contact us at info@vanessababa.com.
​Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural raw gemstones, each piece is completely unique. 

RETURN SHIPPING

To return, exchange, or re-size your product, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
 

REFUND PROCESS

Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed and refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 days for us to process the refund.
